4. Deployment and example of an AROM

The implementation of risk analysis of maintenance operations is summarized by the description of the six steps detailed below.

  • STEP 0: Setting up the company task force

    It is made up of designers, industrialists, ergonomists, HSE, CHSCT, operational safety, integrated logistics support and quality managers, and is used to validate a priority list of hazards to be considered by maintenance operators.

  • STEP 1: delimit the maintenance operation, identify the person in charge, the people involved and the tools.

  • STEP 2: Determining the maintenance operations to be analyzed and their frequency, identifying hazards and their severity
