3. assessing the overall criticality of a maintenance operation
The overall criticality of the maintenance operation was validated on the basis of the following rules established in agreement with all the company's stakeholders and approved by the HSE and CHSCT managers.
Rule 1: a maintenance operation is considered "Not acceptable" if at least one of the three areas has a "Not acceptable" criticality.
Rule 2: a maintenance operation is "Not acceptable" if all three areas have a criticality of "Acceptable with recommendations".
Rule 3: a maintenance operation is "Acceptable with recommendations" if :
two areas have an "Acceptable with recommendations" criticality and the 3rd area has an "Acceptable" criticality;
two areas have an "Acceptable" criticality...
