1. Standards, regulations, regulatory controls, regulated maintenance and professional recommendations
1.1 Standards
To ensure that all maintenance professionals understand this document, the terminology used will be that defined in NF EN 13306 of January 2018, supplemented by NF X60-012 of August 2006.
Also considered necessary for organizing maintenance in general, and maintenance of real estate assets in particular, are the standard documents NF X60-000 of April 2016, FD X60-025 of December 2019, GA X60-026 of November 2010 and NF X60-301 of April 2022. Some of these are due for revision in the near future.
