We've seen how to improve the productivity of maintenance technicians. The approach is relatively straightforward, but what about the other players in maintenance, those who rarely use tools, such as preparers, methods agents and the department manager?

Are we to assume that for these people, we can't improve their productivity? The answer is of course "no", but the approach is necessarily different.
