3.1 Compensation
The main legal framework is the obligation to enter into negotiations with trade union organizations. This obligation to negotiate applies to companies with at least 50 employees where one or more company trade union sections have been set up.
In the area of compensation, these negotiations cover actual salaries, the sharing of added value and equal pay for men and women.
We will see that the four-year obligation also applies to working hours.
