4. Summary and conclusions
The aim here is to find the elements needed to structure an organizational diagnosis as part of a risk prevention approach.
To achieve this objective, we postulated that an organizational diagnosis could be built around the search for pathogenic organizational factors within the company being diagnosed. Beyond naming and defining these factors, we showed that their suitability for diagnosis depended on their ability to suggest observables and objects of observation capable of giving them a meaning that would guide the final judgment expected from the diagnosis.
