2. Pathogenic organizational factors and their observables

2.1 Existing work

In the field of the nuclear industry, lists of organizational factors or indicators are proposed in documents produced by international regulatory associations 2 , such as the Nuclear Energy Agency of the OECD, or in work available to them, such as that of the International Atomic Energy Agency (see for example [19] or [1] ). These lists have been developed specifically for use in the context we are interested in here, i.e. safety assessment in the context of risk prevention.
