3. Integrative approach to emotional intelligence

The questions that concern us now are very concrete and pragmatic: how do we translate the various emotional skills into action? How can we strategically manage our emotions and those of others? The following section describes the four key competencies of emotional intelligence, and how they can be used by managers to increase efficiency and well-being, both for themselves and their teams.
