2. Concepts of "users" and "needs

The elements of reasoning used here are of two kinds: actors and needs. To make the connection between these two types of elements, it's best to first define them. The development of a large part of the questions related to this connection, as to each of them, will then present itself in a more "natural" way.

2.1 Stakeholders: direct and indirect users

Every product has players who are directly involved in its commercial life cycle: the direct users. On the other hand, the product also involves involuntary players, known as indirect users.

A few simple examples can illustrate this approach.
