3. Conclusion

The concept of the functional economy, while responding to new economic requirements, is nonetheless fraught with difficult prerequisites. It is therefore necessary to reformulate the various aspects dealt with above, in order to gain an overall view of the issues at stake. This can be done in three stages:

  • an inventory of the advantages and disadvantages of this new business model;

  • a list of the tools that can be mobilized for its implementation;

  • an argument in favor of deployment.
