In practice, the prime contractor's remuneration can take three main forms.

  • Option 1: the amount of the prime contractor's fee is calculated as a percentage of the actual total contract amount

    This option is divided into three main formulas:

    • option 1.1: the amount of the prime contractor's remuneration is calculated as a percentage of the actual total contract value, on the basis of a fixed rate. This formula is proposed in clause A 1.1
