3. Project organization structure

Example

Comments on the project's organizational structure: to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The purpose of this clause is to identify the stakeholders, i.e. persons (natural or legal) designated by name, with a defined role or roles, who take an active part in an activity (or macro-activity) of the Project.

The organization breakdown structure represents the main specific elements offering a particular service to the entire Project organization (customer, design office, architect, technical control office, contractors, partners, subcontractors, etc.) identified, grouped and organized in logical tree structures.
