2. Duties of customers and third parties

In accordance with current regulations, tasks that are not listed in the scope of work for which the project manager is responsible are carried out either directly by the customer, or delegated by the customer to the professional of his choice. The Customer should contact any professional of his choice to become aware of the constraints to which these service limits expose him.

The tasks assumed by the Customer or delegated to third parties include the following:
