3. Implement an eco-design project
Launching an eco-design approach within a company requires a major commitment in terms of time and resources. Several decades of experience have enabled us to identify key success factors and points to watch out for, as well as methods and tools for deploying the approach, not forgetting the numerous aids that can be mobilized throughout the project (support, financial aid, guides, resource structures, etc.).
Companies embarking on an eco-design approach for the first time are advised to test it out with an initial pilot project, which will enable them to gradually build up their skills and acquire the methods and tools suited to their company and project configuration.
