9. Traffic rules and service regulations
The ADR agreement does not regulate all material conditions for the transport of dangerous goods, as certain points can only be left to the discretion of national authorities. Such is the case for specific traffic conditions on the road network.
In France, these conditions are governed mainly by the following texts:

Interministerial decree of March 28, 2006, which generally prohibits the circulation of vehicles or vehicle combinations of over 7.5 tonnes of total authorized laden weight assigned to the road transport of goods, excluding specialized vehicles and agricultural vehicles, equipment or machinery, on the entire road and motorway network:
from 10 p.m. on Saturday to 10 p.m. on Sunday,
from 10 p.m. on the eve of the public holiday to 10 p.m....
