3. Description of the different phases

3.1 Project launch, definition of objectives

First of all, in terms of project management, you need to :

  • set up the working group ;

  • specify the work schedule and set the intermediate validation stages;

  • define project communication rules.

Working meetings must be scheduled. In the data collection/analysis/confrontation phase, these meetings should be scheduled at least twice a week between the decision-maker or members of his or her team, the technical expert and the project manager.
