INTRODUCTION
All-terrain forklifts are a very specific family of machines. Extremely versatile, they are characterized by a wide range of uses, in terms of sectors of activity, types of work carried out and environmental conditions, particularly ground conditions. This explains the wide range of model features on offer, particularly from the leading French manufacturer, who pioneered the concept and now has the widest range and largest production worldwide.
Whether it's a vertical-mast or telescopic boom truck, a true all-terrain or park truck, a single-axle or twin-axle drive, a single-axle or twin-axle steer or an articulated chassis, the options are numerous. The choice of wheels and tires is decisive for maximum efficiency in service. Auxiliary equipment such as grabs, buckets, claws, etc. can further enhance the machine's usability. But while the choice of technical features requires a thorough preliminary study, operation cannot be risk-free without a detailed knowledge of safety rules.
