6. Conclusion
In summary, ISO 9001:2015 has two types of requirements:
firstly, the serious consideration and implementation of "technical" traceability, based on regulatory requirements, customer needs, risks and the company's own needs;
secondly, traceability of the application of the various procedures, so that this can be verified during audits.
It's in the company's best interest to take advantage of the opportunity afforded by a complete overhaul of its organization to take serious stock of its traceability, particularly in terms of real needs and risks. In this way, it will derive maximum benefit from all the work required for certification.
