4. Simultaneous study of two statistical characteristics
There are many situations in which we are interested in several statistical characteristics at the same time, on the same sample. We would like to know if there are any links between these characteristics, or at least between their statistical distributions.
we can ask ourselves whether there is a link between temperature and the chemical reaction of a mixture, between the age and salary of a company's employees, between the height and weight of individuals, and so on.
In this case, it's no longer a question of studying the characteristics separately, but simultaneously. In this section, we present the tools needed to study two statistical variables simultaneously.
