Twenty years after the emergence of the concept of "e-health" (health associated with the use of electronics), "digital content related to health", or the term "telehealth", the definition of these English-language notions is still evolving. Applications linked to developments in electronics and networks are grouped together under the generic term "ICT", which stands for information and communication technologies.
