In response to the four issues described above, Blockchain Citiz provides patients with a platform that enables them to collect and share their data, securely and granularly. Patient data can be collected manually or automatically via connected objects, databases and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Blockchain Citiz enables patients to federate all the data they generate and store across multiple platforms on a single network.
Patient data can only be shared with the patient's permission. The patient can provide access to a support community that may include healthcare staff, family members, friends and colleagues.
