3. Definition of blockchain
The technology on which the Citiz blockchain network is based is, as its name suggests, blockchain. Blockchain is defined as an accounting ledger
open, allowing data to be added ad infinitum, depending on the amount of memory installed on several servers. According to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), it is characterized by its ability to protect itself against all forms of "manipulation" and "revision".
