4. Actions. Loads. Calculation rules

Calculations of the strength and crackability of concrete elements are carried out in accordance with the rules in force (BAEL, BPEL, NV, parasismic rules, CCTG fascicule 74, etc.). The purpose of the present text is to provide additional details for the application of these rules, particularly with regard to prestressed concrete.
