5. Liquid-vapor balance

Thermodynamic properties: density (ρ ), enthalpy (h ), entropy (s ), heat capacities at constant volume (c V ) and constant pressure (c p ) of liquid and vapor in equilibrium along the saturation curve at temperatures between that of the triple point (0.01°C, or 273.1600 K by definition) and the critical temperature (373.946°C, or 647.096 K) can be read from tables 3 and 4 .
