5. Conclusion

The organization now has in its hands a global map of its risks, which it can read thanks to the risk management reference framework it has previously built. It should also be noted that this framework will provide stability for successive assessments, even if it may need to be adjusted if the context changes significantly (e.g. increase in shareholders' equity).

We have our first tool, our first deliverable. It's important, of course, because it's a fundamental steering tool for management, summarizing a situation and capable of demonstrating trends, risks that are increasing and others that are decreasing. But it's not enough for risk management to qualify as a management system.
