There is no official, standardized or perfect regulatory monitoring method that guarantees exhaustiveness, but it is important to set up an organization that is adapted to the way your structure operates.

Once the entire process has been completed (identification of applicable texts and requirements, assessment of regulatory compliance, compliance of these activities with an action plan), each company should have :
