7. Special events

Incidents and accidents that may occur at classified facilities must be transparent and communicated to the supervisory authorities and the public. In addition, every effort must be made to prevent any recurrence.

7.1 Accident and incident report

The operator of a classified facility subject to declaration, registration or authorization must report any accidents or incidents arising from the operation of his facility as soon as possible to the Environmental Inspectorate.
