8.1 Provisions resulting from the Energy Transition Act
A number of interesting provisions are contained in the law on energy transition for green growth. The aim is to create a favorable environment for the development of waste recovery. These include
that the materials used by the State and local authorities for road construction projects come from the reuse or recycling of waste from the public works sector (but rather from public works): 50% in 2017, then 60% in 2020;
to set up a network of waste collection centers for building and civil engineering professionals, by means of an obligation. This applies to distributors of building materials, products and equipment (waste from the same types of materials sold)....
