7. Conclusion

This article presents the problem of CO 2 in an environmental approach. The general approach is complex because it involves both processes at various spatial and temporal scales. Thus, it is necessary to reason and act on a global scale when it comes to reducing greenhouse emissions, but to do so requires the implementation of specific technologies at the local level. What's more, the current situation calls for the immediate and rapid mobilization of many players (States, politicians, scientists, populations...) to resolve the problem of CO 2 emissions into the atmosphere, which has become acute. In this reflection and concerning the resulting actions, the levels of development of various technical steps defined to date can be summarized in the table
