4. How to bring about large-scale change?
The trends we have outlined show that developments are already underway throughout the world. There's no need for an injunction to innovate: it's already everywhere, in abundance. Virtually anything is possible, provided we have the "right" shared objectives and the methods for integrating them into our territories to change the lives of citizens and businesses.
