4. Time reversal and human anchoring

After defining the foundations of permaculture design as an art and a science, and presenting the principles of attitude and design in the second section, let's move on to the third and final stage of exploring the conceptual toolbox. The last two concepts are :

  • the temporal inversion of the usual creation process: first maintain, then renew, then observe the creation;

  • human anchoring: bring out the dream and narrative that guide actions and creation; assemble interwoven individual stories into a collective narrative nourished by a shareable dream.
