9. Industrial applications

Among the large number of references and industrial applications of the Profibus network, in the manufacturing and process sectors, we have extracted two cases based on a communication architecture integrating the Profibus-DP and Profibus-PA variants, representing the vast majority of current market requirements.

9.1 Glue production line
