3. System implementation

In this section, we present the implementation of a production planning system based on Petri nets.

This work was carried out as part of a CIFRE (Convention industrielle de formation par la recherche en entreprise) agreement between the Computer Science Laboratory of the "François RABELAIS" University of Tours and BSN/Emballage (Danone Group). Initially, we'll present the industrial context, the planning problem to be solved, and the classical solution techniques and their limitations. We will then present the modeling of the problem using Petri nets and the principle of resolution. Finally, we'll detail the implementation and draw up an assessment of this project.
