4. Integrating NFC into cell phones

NFC technology can be integrated into all types of electronic equipment. However, the cell phone remains the ideal medium for its integration. Taking advantage of connectivity (Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G/4G, GPS, etc.), ergonomics and cell phone functionalities (screen, keyboard, microphone, etc.), the integration of NFC technology opens up a host of new uses and possible interactions.

4.1 NFC mobile architecture

The integration of NFC technology in a cell phone is materialized by the presence of an NFC controller, a loop antenna tuned to the NFC frequency, and possibly a Secure Element. It should be noted that NFC controllers often include a Secure Element. Figure
