2. Seaport design and site selection

The number of factors to be taken into account is extremely high, and in a wide variety of fields. In order to order them and thus facilitate the conclusions to be drawn, it may be advisable to carry out a SWOT analysis of the entire project and its criteria.

SWOT stands for "Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats" and is a classic strategic analysis tool used in corporate strategy to determine the best options.
