4.1 Charging stations
The aim of a refuelling station is to deliver a sufficient daily quantity of hydrogen to the vehicles operating in its area.
There are different architectures depending on the manufacturer and the context, notably the origin of the hydrogen or its distribution pressure.
In all cases, each station has the following essential components for high-pressure hydrogen distribution (figure 15 ):
low-pressure storage of hydrogen ;
gas compression, to meet the needs of the vehicles available on the market;...
