Postbiotics

Preparation of inanimate microorganisms and/or their components that confer a health benefit on the host.

Tyndallisation

A sterilization process developed by Irish physicist John Tyndall (1820-1893), which consists of discontinuous heating to 70°C followed by successive cooling to kill micro-organisms (including spores).
