3. Textiles for protection and hygiene
In this chapter, three product typologies will be discussed, the first including hospital linen, itself divided into two categories: reusable and disposable linen. The second concerns hygiene products, which include incontinence products and cleaning wipes. Finally, the last typology concerns protection, with air filters protecting the patient's environment and filters for separating liquids used as medical devices.
