Quality of a service's adaptation to a wide range of audiences. An information or communication service must be able to adapt to audiodescription for its blind or partially-sighted customers, or to subtitling for a deaf or hard-of-hearing audience.
Voice assistant (chatbot); intelligent personal assistant, virtual assistant
