2. Basic elements and platform presentation

2.1 Presentation

A collaborative event is a device designed to bring together, for a limited period of time, a few dozen to several hundred people in one or more locations, to share feelings, information, analyses... as well as to produce new ideas, solutions, approaches... and prepare for their implementation. In general, a collaborative event takes place on four levels: the individual participant, the trio, the table of two to four trios, and the large group in one or more rooms. It is usually implemented using a software platform that enables the work of small groups (trio, table) to be displayed to the whole large group, and exchanges between the different levels to take place.
