Overview
ABSTRACT
In a context where this internationally deployed French group wished to restructure its French maintenance activities, this lessons-learned presentation describes the implementation of this organizational innovation on a regional basis. The issue is the reorganization and modification of the activities of the maintenance teams to adapt to the national standards. One specific feature of this operation is that it was not carried out with a project approach, but instead was led by the manager in charge of this regional branch. This lesson-learned presentation describes the main components of the process deployed, and gives a detailed analysis of change management tasks. It explains all the activities performed and the results obtained, and offers a first assessment of the operation.
