MIX'ID is an innovation initiative open to GDF SUEZ DolceVita employees, designed to encourage the development of constructive ideas in-house.
In 2010, GDF SUEZ DolceVita introduced the MIX'ID participative innovation approach, which is a cornerstone of its management system based on a wealth of human resources, cross-functional steering through processes and transformation through projects.
In concrete terms, MIX'ID enables all employees to contribute their ideas for improving the way their company operates, both locally and nationally.
