Can ; Cop
Support with warp thread reserve, allowing insertion of weft thread by moving it inside the shed from one side of the fabric to the other.
Chain; Warp
Set of threads arranged parallel to each other on the weaving machine in the production direction.
Duite; Pick
Thread inserted, orthogonally to the warp threads, inside the shed.
Warp beam
Cylinder or roller containing the entire warp yarn supply for the weaving machine.
(Cloth) Fell stitch
Abstract, fixed line forming the interface between the fabric edge and the warp threads.
