Agro-resource
According to ADEME (Agence de l'environnement et de la maîtrise de l'énergie), agro-resources are all raw materials derived from agriculture, whatever their intended use.
More precisely, and without being restrictive, the term "agro-resource" is often used today to designate plant-based, and therefore renewable, raw materials intended for non-food uses.
Agro-residue
By-products and/or residues from the agricultural, agri-food or forestry sectors.
Biosourced
Biobased raw materials are raw materials derived from animal or plant biomass. The term biosourced is often used in contrast to fossil.
Note that a "biobased" product does not mean that it is 100% derived from biomass. It's common to have products...

Regulations
Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
EU regulation no. 10/2011, published on January 15, 2011, concerns plastics intended for contact with food. Repealed Directive 2002/72/EC, as well as Directives 80/766/EEC and 81/432/EEC.
