4. Technical management of structures forming part of a complex
A reinforced concrete structure may be part of a group of similar structures. These may, for example, be civil engineering structures technically managed by the same local authority, or industrial buildings belonging to the same company.
The technical management of a group of buildings follows rules that include periodic inspections, maintenance operations, repairs or even the reinforcement (or replacement) of parts of a building.
