5. Influence of operating parameters
The influence of operating parameters has the same tendency for all electrolytes, with greater or lesser amplitudes depending on the formulation. The indications below therefore only give behavioural trends.
5.1 Temperature
Temperature affects reaction kinetics and will only have an effect on electrolytes with a cathodic efficiency of less than 100%.
Increasing the operating temperature will therefore increase the deposition rate.
