2. Manufacturing methods and industrial processes

2.1 Methods

The study and definition of manufacturing methods is the first phase of the industrial process, defining the alloys and manufacturing processes to be used, the equipment and machinery to be installed, the production ranges to be respected and the tooling to be supplied (core models and boxes, etc.).

First of all, however, we need to finalize the specifications and design of the part with the customer, and if necessary with the machinist, so that the part can be manufactured in the most cost-effective way.

All this preparatory work will enable us to clearly define the part's manufacturing file before launching production.
