2.1 Assembly and start-up personnel

Machine builders and suppliers make a number of engineers and technicians available on site for equipment assembly and start-up.

Foundry engineering also involves determining the number and qualifications of in-house personnel needed to operate and maintain the new facilities.

In order to ensure optimum start-up of new installations, this staff must be trained. This, of course, makes commissioning easier and quicker. This training is linked to :
