3. Important note for orders and contractual documents

Standard NF EN 10027 specifies the following:

"The complete and standardized designation of a steel product, when notified in orders or contractual documents, must include, in addition to the symbolic designation, an indication of the technical delivery conditions corresponding to the steel specified. For steels specified in standards, this indication must be the reference number of the relevant product standard."
