aciers multiphasés; multiphased steel
Steels with mixtures of several phases other than ferrite and pearlite, such as ferrite – martensite or bainite – martensite-austenite.
double phase steels; double phase
Steels made from a ferrite-martensite mixture.
TRIP steels (Transformation Induced Plasticity)
Multi-phase steel containing martensite and residual austenite, which transforms into martensite during forming.
